carsland “Living for the next meal” is my personal food blog where I share pre-tested and taste-approved recipes with you! I can’t guarantee a post everday, but I can guarantee that everything I share with you is going to be delicious, healthy, and relatively simple to make. Along the way, I offer glimpses into my life as I write about friends, family, work, future plans, traveling, exploring, and everything in between.

I started this blog to learn how to cook, and it has worked wonders! The girl who used to eat cereal for dinner in the dorm hall can now make a feast fit for a king (or something close to that).

And who am I? Why, I am your chef extraordinaire! My name is Nimmie and I live in Northern California. My family taught me how to love food, and I hope I can do the same for you.
